Ok, I got it
Here, will be a long list of items that were not put into the game, or have been lost, and can be obtained by gameshark. The list starts here.

Antiform Dummy:
STR:0
MAG:0
Description:Dummy
Notes: Antiform Dummy is a "keyblade" that is obtained by the all items cheat, or the all keyblade cheat. If it is equipped, the game will freeze. This is why. The antiform
dummy is a piece of data that has the same coordinates as a keyblade, which is why it's on the list. Antiform dummy equips when you go into form. At least, it should. A programming in   the game makes it so antiform dummy equips in a 1 in 15 chance. When that chance comes, antiform dummy equips, and you activate into antiform. Your keyblade disappears, which is the same effect if you get the cheat to equip it. if the games data of "antiform" and "antiform dummi" do NOT come together, the result rarely gives you a Dummy stance (feet together, and arms out), or a crash in the game, since both data are not together. this is why this happens
Sora with "antiform dummy" equiped.
FAKE
STR:3
MAG:0
Description:Dummy
Notes: FAKE is a keyblade, and is basically the kingdom key, but can cause harmful things to your game. When equipped, all other weapons for any character will be stuck, meaning you can't equip any other weapon. Same thing with Sora. Fake is real weak as well, but is a good weapon for dual weilding.
Apparently, this is what equips on automatic sequences with Roxas. Say for example, your at the beginning of the game, and you have no availiability of the menu (Mostly the Item Menu)and Roxas has the kingdom key when fighting your first nobody. That is the FAKE. Anytime you can access the menu, the FAKE reprograms into the kingdom key.
"Dummy" Items
Description: Synthesis recipe #_
Notes: Dummy items have hardly any role whatsoever. They are lost pieces of data that were programed to be synthesis recipes you find in the field. The ideas for them were deleted from the game, and all 22 Dummy's (6-27) were scratched from the original project. However, some data was left behind deep into the games data. And apparently, they were then made to be enabelers for the other synthesis recipes. And the reason they are called "dummy" is because half the data is missing, so the game was programed to pull out random letters (spelling dummy)if any item that was an error accidentally came out, such as these.

Edge of Ultima
STR:3
MAG:0
Description: A familiar weapon that is known to Sora called the Ultima Weapon. Is also used to detect movement.
Notes: Yet again, another game quirk. This is an incomplete Ultima Weapon that was designed as a weapon to test Hexadecimal codes for the keyblades. Without edge of ultima, the game may severely malfunction. Even though from far away, it looks cool, but up close it looks like a scrambeled gummiblock in the form of a mishapen ultima weapon. The reasoon for this is that it stabelizes (excuse my mispellings)all the different colors for the keyblades, making it a pixelated nightmare. The weapon is weak as well. overall, the Edge of Ultima is a harmless weapon that will not malfunction you game. However, with other keyblades (FAKE, Antiform Dummy) they might actually malfunction, since all tucked away data has been brought together, to form an errorous (again, excuse my bad spelling) clump of hexadecimal codes. This may make your game malfuncion. Be aware!

Detection Saber
STR:0
MAG:0
Description: The longest weapon availiable. Is used for checking and detecting movement.
Notes: This is the same as the edge of ultima, exept longer, and is abnormally weak. It barely does damage to enemies, and is weak even in dual weilding. However, it is the longest weapon in the game and has been said to be the outline keyblade for dual weilding. And it has been also said to be an outline for the fenrir. But overall, it's a pretty worthless weapon. Still without it, the game may malfunction.
Sora with Detection Saber equipped.
FAKE (Oblivion)
FAKE (Oathkeeper)
STR:?
MAG:?
Description: Supposedly "Dummy"
Notes: No, they cannot be obtained by gameshark. Yes, they are DEEP in the games data. These aren't anywhere to be found, exept with the automatic sequence of Roxas fighting Axel when you battle him. If any of you people find a gameshark code to get these, the description might be "Dummy".
Pretty Blade
STR:?
MAG:?
Description: Supposedly Dummy
Notes: Kairis keyblade. It's only apperance is when the keyblade is given to her by Ansem/riku in   the world that never was. That was a fake. There has not yet been any code found for this blade.
King Mickeys FAKE
STR:0
MAG:0
Description:Dummy
Notes: King mickeys golden keyblade. There is no way for sora to get this blade, but if you use the party altering codes, king will have a fake. If you go into any cutscene with sora, and the cutscene pulls through, sora wil be holding mickeys fake. this is only if the cutscene passes while playing as king mickey.
